Welcome to Ceilao Roleplay ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our FiveM Roleplay server and related services (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before playing.

Acceptance of Terms

By joining Ceilao Roleplay, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent.
  • You agree to abide by our rules, guidelines, and community standards at all times.
  • You understand that violation of these Terms may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal from our Service.

Roleplay Standards

  • Respect the Community: Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Follow RP Etiquette: Powergaming, metagaming, RDM (Random Deathmatch), and VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch) are strictly prohibited.
  • Character Rules: Characters must remain realistic and fit within our roleplay environment. Unrealistic or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
  • Immersion: Players must respect the server's immersive roleplay experience. Trolling, griefing, or breaking character intentionally will result in penalties.

Account & Data

  • You are responsible for your account and any actions taken under it.
  • Sharing accounts is not recommended and may result in disciplinary action.
  • We may collect limited gameplay data (e.g., logs, transactions) to ensure fairness and improve server quality.

Donations & Purchases

  • Donations or contributions made to Ceilao Roleplay are voluntary and help support server costs.
  • Any in-game rewards, perks, or benefits linked to donations are non-refundable.
  • Donating does not grant immunity from rules or disciplinary actions.

Server Access & Suspension

  • We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or permanently remove access to our Service at any time, with or without notice.
  • Actions that may lead to removal include (but are not limited to): exploiting bugs, using cheats/mods, scamming, or repeated rule violations.

Disclaimer of Liability

  • Ceilao Roleplay is a fan-made, community-driven project and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or FiveM.
  • We are not responsible for any technical issues, data loss, or damages arising from use of our Service.
  • Gameplay is provided “as is” with no guarantees of uptime, availability, or continuity.

Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
